Finally seeing results from my morning routine before hitting the job site

Ten minutes of stretching and a good breakfast keep me sharp all day.

Actually, I kind of disagree with you @jade495. I find if my morning is really solid, I can sometimes skip lunch and not even crash. It's all about that strong start for me.

Remember my buddy who tried that, ate a huge breakfast then worked straight through lunch. He was fine until 3pm when he totally hit a wall and ate like three granola bars from the vending machine.

Nice! That definitely helps, but I usually need a decent lunch too to keep from crashing later.
