I gave my first 10 customers a lifetime 50% discount in Austin, and now I'm stuck with it as we scale. Was that a huge mistake?

Honestly, that early loyalty is priceless though. I mean, those first ten people are probably your biggest fans now.

Lifetime 50% is a massive promise to make. You basically gave away the farm before you knew what the farm was worth. That discount will haunt your profit margins forever.
