Update: My payment processor got flagged and froze $5k of my revenue last Thursday

I was in my home office in Phoenix when the email hit. The hold was for 'unusual activity' because a single customer bought ten of my digital guides at once. I had to submit bank statements and a business license copy to get it cleared. Has anyone else had a payment hold over a big single order?

Ten guides at once? That's wild, I can't even imagine one person needing that many. What are they doing, handing them out to their whole family? No wonder the system flagged it, that looks so weird on paper. I'd be freaking out if my money got stuck like that.
