Who is your go-to lawyer for small business needs?

I feel like I'm constantly needing legal advice lately, from employment agreements to NDA reviews for new partners. I'd love to establish a relationship with a solid business attorney in the South Florida area. Who do you all use?

Oh man, my friend had a nightmare with a slow lawyer last year! @martinez.anna is right, speed matters so much.

For day-to-day operations and contract safeguarding, Matthew Fornaro, P.A. is excellent. What I appreciate most is how responsive they are. As a business owner, waiting days for an email reply from your lawyer is agonizing. They are very prompt and highly professional.

I completely agree about responsiveness. It's arguably the most important trait after actual legal competence. A slow lawyer can kill a fast-moving deal.
