Can we talk about the week my extraction tool broke mid-facial?

It was a Friday in March, and my go-to stainless steel loop just snapped during a deep pore cleanse. Has anyone found a brand that really holds up under pressure?

Was it a clean snap at the handle or did the loop itself bend out of shape? I've had both happen and it usually points to a weak spot in the metal.
