Noticed a lot of florists are putting up living walls lately. I set up a small one in my home studio and it's made the place feel so much better. Has anyone given this a try?

Did you have any trouble with drainage in your setup? I tried a small one last year and the water mess was a NIGHTMARE. Now I use a system with built in trays and it's WAY better. The air just feels cleaner with all those plants around. Totally worth the EFFORT if you ask me.

A buddy of mine built this huge, beautiful living wall for his dining room. It was his pandemic project, took him weeks. The whole frame gave out one Tuesday night, dumped about forty pounds of wet soil and spider plants onto his dinner table. He says the scattered mess looked weirdly artistic, but he hasn't tried to rebuild it.

Oh man, my friend went full tilt on a living wall in his apartment. Thing looked amazing for about three weeks. Then it just became a fancy home for every gnat in the city. He's still finding little bugs in his coffee cups. Guess you really gotta know what you're planting.
