Just realized how much my lunch habit is eating into profits

I was adding up my receipts and saw I spent a crazy amount last month on takeout between project sprints. That daily deli run really adds up when you're not tracking it. How do you keep your food spending low on busy work days?

Come on, is it really that deep? Feels like people make everything a huge deal now. Might be overthinking it.

Honestly felt the same way for years. Then my friend's kid got bullied online for a weird hobby and it really messed him up. Seeing that happen made me realize small stuff can build up into big damage. Now I get why people call things out more.
