inPSA: I used to skip savasana, but now it's my favorite part.

Used to think teamwork was just for organized stuff, but @quinn268's comment made me realize it's everywhere. Now I catch myself coordinating chores with my roommates without even planning it.

inShowerthought: Snorkelers crowding the entry point at Molokini Crater are a real hazard
Beyond just regulators, the crowding creates a domino effect of problems. You get finned in the face, can't maneuver, and the whole point of being there is lost. It's like they forgot we're in water, not a subway car.

inOvernight work schedule turned my meal prep into a survival strategy
Seriously, nailing the protein and complex carbs is the only way to function. You have to break your "lunch" into two smaller portions, though. Eating a full container of chili at 2 AM will crash you harder than the daylight. I keep hard boiled eggs and a handful of nuts for around 4 AM when the real drain hits. It's a smaller protein punch that doesn't make you sluggish, just keeps the engine idling until you can crash.
