Last Wednesday my friend Sarah was finalizing a client report and skipped her usual afternoon break. She sent it over only to find three huge math errors in the first chart, all from staring too long. I showed her your post, @caleba45, and she literally facepalmed. Now she sets a timer for a five minute walk every hour, no matter how busy it gets.

Yeah it's just basic parenting. The internet is a messy place and kids don't need to see all of it yet.
