Pro tip: tried wearing noise-canceling earbuds at the grocery store in Phoenix last Tuesday

I put on Loop earrings during a quick trip to Fry's and my total meltdown risk dropped from a 4 out of 10 to maybe a 1, has anyone else found a specific brand or style that works best for crowded spaces?

Got a pair of Loop earplugs after reading about them on here and they're okay but I swear the foam ones from the drugstore work just as good for me. Have you tried the regular foam kind or did you go straight to the loops?

The Loop earplugs are the ones people wear for noise sensitivity, while earrings are just jewelry that goes through your ears.
