A bride's mom cried happy tears in my chair yesterday

The wedding party came in for updos, and the mother of the bride was so stressed her hands were shaking. I gave her a quick scalp massage with my peppermint oil, talked about her garden for ten minutes, and then did her hair. When she saw herself, she just started crying and hugged me, saying it was the first time she felt calm all month. It's those quiet moments that make the long days worth it. Do you have a go-to trick for calming a nervous person in your chair?

Guess that's the real magic of a good hair day.

Ever notice how a bad hair day can make you feel invisible? Honestly, a good hair day gives you that extra bit of confidence to actually talk to people.
