Wait, what? They were actually yelling about how dark windows should be? That's like watching two people fight over the shade of gray for a parking garage. I can picture them pointing at charts and getting red in the face over 20% versus 30% tint. Bringing real samples seems so obvious now, but it's wild that it took an argument to get there. Some folks just won't believe it until they're holding it.

Absolutely, seen this kind of thing before with my husband picking out paint colors... We spent an hour going back and forth about eggshell and off-white, holding up swatches in different lights. He was convinced one was too yellow, I thought it was just fine... it got pretty intense. Bringing home those sample pots was the only way to settle it, just like you said. People dig in their heels over the silliest stuff when it's all just talk. Once you have the real thing in your hands, all the arguing just melts away...
