Ugh, that's the worst. I started showing clients a live feed of the coverage map on my tablet so they can see the dead zones. Usually shuts down the interior decorator mode pretty fast.

Honestly, I see it a bit different. Labels are great until you're in a hurry and just toss a tool in the wrong bin. Then the whole system is broken. I agree with @charles_black24 about things migrating, so for me, the bin itself has to be super obvious, like a clear front or a specific shape for each type of item. Labels alone don't always stop the mess.
