Oh come on, it's not like 6.7 inches is that small. I remember back in 2017 when I was rocking a 5.5 inch phone and doing fine detail stuff on it all the time. People act like you need a full desktop monitor to draw a straight line these days. You can zoom in, that's literally what the pinch gesture is for. I just don't get why this is such a huge dealbreaker for so many people.

Double check that warranty fine print though... some of them cover the tank but not the labor or permits, which is where they get you. I had a buddy who thought he was covered and still ended up paying almost $400 for the install fee and extras. Still way better than $1,200 though, so you definitely came out ahead on that one.

You ever have someone just ruin measuring cups for you in the best way? My first sous chef caught me using a scale for portioning out cookie dough and he just took it off the counter and tossed it in the sink. Said cookies shouldn't be perfect, they should be from your heart and your hands. Took me a while to get over it, but now I can grab a handful of dough and land within a few grams every time without even looking. The hollandaise thing hits home too, I still use a scale for batch cost at the start of the week but by Sunday I'm just going by the ribbon stage and the smell. It's like learning to drive stick after only driving automatic.
